Ubisoft sued over Starforce

Now, game publisher Ubisoft has become the target of a US$ 5 million class-action lawsuit filed by Christopher Spence (PDF version of the filing here). If you ever bought a Ubisoft game with said malware bundle included, you will be eligible for compensation should Spence win this suit. Slashdot covered the story as well.
