Upgraded to WP 2.3

Did an upgrade today to the new 2.3 version of Wordpress. Didn't go so smoothly, mostly due to plugins barfing at the new database layout. Got most of it sorted now though, even imported my UTW tags to the new builtin tag system. All good now!
